Meet Cara

‘Cara will do anything for the shot’-I overheard my stylist/make up artist say that to a client recently.  And while I giggled to myself when she said it, I realized that she’s right.  I LOVE what I do!  I truly believe I have the best job in the world.  And that means all of my passion gets invested in creating amazing images for you.  Climbing ladders, getting down on the ground, climbing through weeds and grass, clearing off spiders.  Final Result =  Anything for the shot! (Do I need to clarify that means nothing that is illegal or could kill me!?)

I spent the first 20+ years of my career working in corporate America and that makes me immensely grateful to get up every day and have full responsibility for bringing joy to your life (on your session day and for years beyond).  I believe my business is much bigger than pictures.  I believe I have the power to help people see themselves differently and my hope is that everyone that leaves my studio has a new perspective and a full glass of self confidence!  I  believe everyone deserves to exist in photographs.  I believe the most important element of our Senior session is creating something unique, just like you.  I believe you deserve Senior pictures that don’t look like your friends and luxury products that your children and grandchildren can hold and treasure.

I believe in delivering your vision and creating images that are even better than you could have ever imagined.

My work has been featured in national print publications like Professional Photographer magazine (PPA), Inspiring Teens magazine, and Senior Muse magazine.  I also teach other photographers about building a thriving business and how to incorporate video into their business.
